The boy, who beheld stars under the astral skies

On golden sand beds where the tales of Aladdin went by,

When slow moving bulls and gushing streams

Characterised the Prairie land in lush fairytale whims;

Is now caged in an urban bastion,

Ramparts brimming with deception and devastation;

Is now bound by the laws of society's unjust courtroom, In

An age where glory and effulgence are lost,
