1. You can do anything; just push a little harder;

2. Even small efforts can be satisfying;

3. What presents on the surface may not be what lies beneath; that’s where the real

treasure awaits you;

4. A little pain is worth the reward (sometimes), but remember:

5. You can do some real damage if you’re not careful;

6. It’s ok to have scars; we all do;

7. Be gentle with yourself; be patient;

8. Sometimes it’s hard to keep everything under control, but

9. It all clears up in the end;
